Apple have now announced local pricing for the iPad 2. The prices are as follows:

iPad 2 with Wi-Fi
16GB model $579
32GB model $689
64GB model $799

iPad 2 with Wi-Fi + 3G
16GB model $729
32GB model $839
64GB model $949

All prices are recommended retail including GST.

The Apple iPad 2 release date is Friday 25th of April at 5pm. Online sales via the Apple store start at 1am.
