Amazing free offer for Camtasia 3.

For those who are interested I just found out that Tech Smith who produce Camtasia, is making the old version 3 available for free for PC Plus readers. The following article provides the information required to download and install this free version.

Camtasia is a product which allows you to record your activities on your computer and make that into a type of movie. We have seen the product regularly referred to by Internet Marketers.

We have for some time wanted to test this program so we can provide short instructional videos. For us this is a great opportunity to review this product.

It took a couple of attempts to download the 28MB program, but we were successful and I look forward to checking out Camtasia 3.

I hope others find this information useful.

JustLocal blog is back.

There has been a great deal happening lately at JustLocal so I thought it was about time I dusted down this blog and brought it back into action.

If you wish to check out what has been happening over the past few months, a good place to start is the newsletter, which can be found on the News page.

The dictionary work continues to grow. I've now established a forum to make the dictionary update process more open. You can find the forum at

I would like to particularly thank Renée Barber of Rising Star Designs & Communication for taking on the role of resident style expert. Renée has been teaching me a thing or two about style. Style in the sense of language of course. I see the forum as being an excellent resource for all Australians, but particularly students, where some of the finer subtleties of the Australian English language are discussed.

Renée and I have also now joined together and are using our energy to help Australian authors promote their literary works. We have some truly talented writers in Australia. Check out their work at You can read a section of each book and you can order direct from the author. Christmas will soon be here, so now is a great time to consider a book as a Christmas present, you or someone you know will love.

The JustLocal book page has its own blog, so if you are interested in the work of Australian authors, keep an eye on the blog which you can access via the JustLocal book page.
