ACT/Canberra speed cameras added to Speed Camera Locations site.

The Speed Camera Locations site has a new addition. The speed cameras for the ACT/Canberra.

The ACT/Canberra doesn't have a great number of speed cameras but you can now easily see there's three that generate a lot of revenue for the ACT Government. The three cameras are located in 40km/h areas.

This is a good reminder to take notice of the speed limits when visiting the ACT/Canberra. The main city area appears to be 40km/h and you can easily be caught out by the large multi-lane roads.

In adding the ACT/Canberra speed cameras I was quite pleased at the amount of information the ACT Government provides. What was particularly surprising is the ACT Government provided the GPS coordinates of mobile speed cameras as well. I've not seen this done in Australia before.

To check out the ACT/Canberra speed cameras visit www.SpeedCameraLocations.com.au/act/.

Safe driving.
