You really have to wonder why anyone would bring out an app such as Fix-o-Gram. All a constituent needs is to take a photo and email the photo along with comments. Rather than just being available as an iPhone app, any mobile device with a camera can easily take a photo and send an email. I hope too much wasn’t paid to develop something everyone can already do so easily.
